Description:

A sleepy baby rattlesnake made it's way to a friend's driveway & posed for a few shots. A local neighbor took it away to be released in the wild.

Habitat:

Desert regions, some forest areas in the high desert. This one seems to be specific to California (and western desert regions), according to my "snake expert" friend.

I am very happy tohear that the kind neighbor took the snake away to be released into the wild. I have heard of horrible things happening to these beauties by terrified people.
