Description:

White flower. Heard someone saying that the fruits of this plant are edible. Not sure myself. Read it in a book about the flowers from Valley of flower that the seeds of this plant are used by the locals in frying vegetables and pulses.

Thanks Alice and Yogesh, I have found the book and as per the book this is Angelica Gluca.
pls check it for Wild carrot (queen Anne's lace)...
Thanks Alice. Will find the perfect name. I have misplaced the book with all details of the flowers present at Valley of flowers. Hopefully I will find it tomorrow and name them all by Monday.
I've gone from Queen Anne's lace (head of your flower is too tight ) to possibly Elderberries which are edible but your names are likely different.
