Species ID Suggestions

Comments (1)

hi jvm, i know about the some mushroom here in west-europe. surely not all !!! when i must identify this one (here), i would say : white (maybe light brown/cream) gills, thick foot and how the head is curved. MAYBE genus tricholoma . BUT you are in usa ( and the sp. there, i really dont know very well) , and there is no possibility for my to exterminate him (smell, grills, spores, structure). so, the only thing i can do is give you this link : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mushroom (maybe it will help you for the next one :) ) . And here another link for genus tricholoma : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tricholoma. I write a lot and hope you can understand my english . groetjes alex
