Description:

Green succulent with brown/red stalks. Leaves are rounded. Low spreading growth.

Habitat:

Throughout the property where there's some watering from sprinklers, full sun and low traffic.

Notes:

Aka Verdolaga, Pigweed, Little Hogweed, or Pusley

The first one looks like it might have a pink or red or white flower...sometimes red buds end up being white flowers somehow. I'm anxious to see follow up pics.
LOL, I like the usage of "volunteer" :) I just went through more pics of this and there's one that looks like there will be yellow flowers. I'll upload it now at the end. Thank you for the ID!
I have these also all over the yard. Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The leaves look like Purslane, but the Purslane I'm used to getting in the nursery have flowers on them way more often than these "volunteer" plants in my yard.
