Description:

"Also known as the giant tree frog, Litoria infrafrenata is the world's largest tree frog. This species is native to the rainforests of Northern Queensland, New Guinea, the Bismarck Islands and the Admiralty Islands." It is also native to the Maluku islands, Timor-Leste and the Solomon Islands. http://www.iucnredlist.org/details/41095/0

Habitat:

Spotted on Heliconia sp. in a large semi-urban yard & garden next to a disturbed patch of remnant forest. This is in the lowland equatorial tropiocs of northern New Guinea.
