Description:

about the size of a pigeon with longer tail

Habitat:

spotted on powerlines in gated community close to the ocean

Notes:

It was dusk and these birds were noisily gathering. There were 45 individuals in this group.

Nance... unable to check legs are matching with Mealy parrot the spotted Parrots..
I may be wrong as my matches goes Asian way...!!

Can be Tropical green parrot. White ring around eyes is identical.
