Noe and Pili I think it could be a Russula viredescens (it is more common and it grows under the beech) or Russula aeruginea (more dispersed and it grows under birch in sandy soil). It is just my opinion, I'm not a fungi expert but I want to learn about it) :)
shebebusynow Does it have a white spore print and a chalk-like-breaking stem? Looks to be a Russula, from this angle.
