That is a Tiger Longwing.

I would stay with the Tiger Longwing. Note that the underside of the hind wind does not have black striping coming down the center (except at the very tip). This is what strikes me as the most identifiable aspect.

I am tossing this one out as a guess and to start a conversation. How about a Tiger Longwing (Heliconius ismenius)?
