The sex might be indeed a factor - not sure, though.
But it appears to be the only close match I could find. (keep a small questionmark behind that) ;)
Only things that irritate me is a) The yellowish green. b) the rear edges of the abdomen which are colored yellow/black as it seems...maybe there is a different species in France...
Not entirely sure it is a Halyomorpha halys, I don't think the location matches up with where they are generally found (The U.S and Asia). One key characteristic that also helps identify Halyomorpha halys is an alternating banding pattern of light and dark on the ends of the antennae. Hope this at leasts rules out one possibility for you.
