Found at the height of above 3000mtrs at the valley of flowers.

Rumex? Now I got your point. Will have to do some research on the seeds too.
I have a lot of research to do after I finish uploading the pics from the valley. Will go as per your suggestion and will find the correct species and mark it. Thanks.
Satyen - broadly yes but spread across the World possibly spread by travel?. I believe I've seen it in South Africa while I lived there - Go into Wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rumex
The dock plant I guess is a plant of the Northern Hemisphere? Please correct me if I am wrong.
