I believe its Isodon sp
No Ashish not tulsi, Monkey mind there was no smell from this variety. There was of ban tulsi but then it was a different plant and flower. I had noticed it and will upload later.
Its a kind of Tulasi plant.
Do not take fast decision.. Lamiaceae leafs and flowering bunch is identical... Need to find exact specie... Eulalia...is expert in such... Alice also hinted..!!

Structure look alike Lamiaceae family...!!
