An adult, a juvenile, and a baby mockingbird, all in my back yard.

Habitat:

Urban garden

Notes:

The male of these birds sing through the night from January through June. Lots of people hate them. I love them.

First day of mockingbird serenade for this season! It makes me so happy to hear them.
Emma, I got your post as an e-mail, but don't see it here; weird! The third photo is a new fledgling. There were two of them in my pepper tree and they could fly a bit. I saw them come and go several days in a row; very cute!
Today is the day the mockingbirds started to sing in my neighborhood. Now there will be music day and night!
