Description:

I found this beauty in my backyard.I was witness of her birth on Friday August 26th 2011.
This butterflies are active from late spring to fall.

Habitat:

They live in gardens, meadows, river courses and other open habitats.

Notes:

I will add the cocoon and caterpillar, so you can see the complete process.
