This is an Eastern tiger swallowtail.
I was torn between it being an Easter Tiger Swallowtail:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_tiger_swallowtail or a Two-Tailed Swallowtail: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two-tailed_Swallowtail They are so similar
