Description:

These bright yellow mushrooms suddenly sprang out of a potted Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum) that I've owned for nearly 2 years. Very strange.

Thanks JVM! Great name too - very apropos. :-) Alice, I don't believe I overwatered it. However, right before they emerged we had a heatwave where the temperatures were over 100F. I think that sparked them to life. Yes, they are quite pretty!
A sign of mushrooms is a sign of overwatering, but in this case it is a beautiful display!
