Rural scrub desert bordering riparian

Notes:

Since I started putting out orange halves for the orioles I get Western Tanagers visiting every spring. This is one of a "season" of 6 Western Tanagers that passed through this spring.

The colors are so vibrant! Great capture and spotting!
Lovely bird and one who likes vitamins too ;) Nice idea to place oranges, didn´t know they were going to like them in particular. Do you happen to know if they prefer them to other sort of food? Greetings
Welcome Shawn... Hmmm.. My observation through Project Noah is most of Yellow and Pale Green coloured (may be partially) birds possessing sweet voice... So I had habit to find their voice on internet if available like your spotted bird.
