My coworker Casey Robinson and I spotted this on a rose bush at work. It had captured a small moth, commonly called a 'sandfly' here. Not sure what species that is either.

Looks like a Predatory Stink Bug nymph. These things are amazing as they will eat anything they can catch, including bugs much larger than they are.
