Description:
Ants are "harvesting" these aphids (for the honeydew the produce). Not an aphid I am familiar with, green and black striped. One aphid is noticeably larger than others and completely green. In addition, a leaf-looking leafhopper is always nearby, even on the other leaves.

Underneath sunflower leaves
