But I'm sure it is a Hippasa spider because Hippasa spiders are the Lycosidae genus that have the characteristic behaviour of building webs on the ground, especially grasses.
Looks a lot like a Hippasa holmerae but i can't be sure because this one looks a little bit different. Sometimes, a little difference can distinguish a species from another which physically looks almost similar. http://greenborneo.net/Spider/LycosidaeSpiders/Hippasa_holmerae.htm
