Here is the very similar Phaegoptera fusca, which does not have the white markings on the inside of the forewings. http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxon=Phaegoptera%20fusca

Definitely an Arctiidae. Might be Arctiinae/Arctiini or Phaegopterini.
