Description:

Hand-sized mushroom with gills underneath. The center of the top was open, the edges fluted.

Habitat:

westcoast rainforest

Notes:

We found this on the summit trail at Mt Thom Park. If we hadn't been discussing which way to go, we would have missed this beauty.
