Description:

Small; very distinctive markings; body colour varies from grizzled-grey to grey-brown; with number of dark brown to black transverse bands on the back, starting from just behind the shoulders till tail
Photo was taken at Western Serengeti, Tanzania

Habitat:

Savanna, Acacia forest
