This weevil was approx. 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) long. Any weevil experts out there who can help me with the ID? Thanks!

Habitat:

Hills overlooking Manila.

Notes:

The 4th photo is how I first spotted this little critter - curled up in a ball on the window.
