This tiny moth had a wingspan of just 0.75 cm (0.3 inches).

Habitat:

Hills overlooking Manila.

Thanks for the link Ashish... But still can't find a match to these distinctive markings. (The wing-tips were almost fluorescent orange.)
Its like one from...Crambidae Snout moths. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sceliodes_cordalis
