Field Notes

Notes:

The black vultures at Williamsport Lake are very habituated to humans & seem to be unperturbed even when they are approached at close range.

Thanks guys! I will create a new event for the juvie turkey vulture.
The first two photos look like a juvenile Turkey Vulture. The rest are definitely Black Vultures
The stout beak and prominent nostril lead me to believe that this is a juvenile turkey vulture (as they locate carrion primarily by smell and often lead black vultures to their find).
