I believe it was based on the descriptions. Emmitted a terrible oder, swelled his head and struck repeatedly at the long broom i used to shoo it off my porch...i knew he wasnt venomous, but pretty ill tempered! Hopefully he went back to the water where he belongs (Elena's dad)
