Description:

Here is a common white tail deer I found on my property in the Fox Ridge neighborhood. Whitetail deer are the smallest of the deer found in North America. They eat a wide variety of foods, such as: twigs, fruits and nuts, grass, and corn, among other things.

Spotted by Rachael Lockwood.

Habitat:

Wooded areas.
