CamilaMChaves I think it's just one little branch of a much larger plant. http://www.californiasciencecenter.org/Exhibits/WorldOfEcology/ForestZone/KelpForest/KelpForest.php is a place to look. I think you took this in San Diego? I swim in the ocean off San Diego through the kelp forest and this is what it looks like.
I don´t think it is Kelps.. for me is different.. because this plant doesn't have longer "leafs" into the water.. only those tubes and petty leafs
