Description:

A small insect, about 2-3mm long. It has slender legs and two thick antennae with thing elements at the ends. Found on a morning glory.

This was a tough one. I've never seen anything like it and had to check in several orders, but it looks like Heterotoma planicornis, a Plant Bug in the family Miridae. A wonderful image for something so small. http://bugguide.net/node/view/94168
