Tall, peeling white barked, upright tree with white/yellow bottlebrush inflorescence.

Full sun in residential yard

Thank you for the ID ceherzog! auntnance123, I've never smelled them but now my interest has been piqued. I'm sure I'll regret it afterward :)
And the flowers smell like week old instant mashed potatoes--not good
This tree is a terrible invasive in Florida wetlands...was also planted as yard trees but most have been removed.
