Field Notes

Description:

big white bird, size of a black stork, black feet - and as far I could see aslo had a black bill.
those bird were flying north, they didn´t stop at the fishpond :(
we had a telephoto lens - but that didn´t help either, due to the lack of autofocus.

Habitat:

swamp, near ponds and meadows
