tough call Dan, personally i would leave this unidentified and perhaps add a few suggestions and see what the noah community can come up with.
I appreciate all your help with this. I can't find many images for R. quadridentatus. I'm not sure if I should update it. What do you think?
according to the same article there is only one species which occurs in Equatorial Guinea: "Remmius quadridentatus"
Palystes suggestion revoked, none occur in cameroon (OOPS) Here is a list of Huntsman Spiders (Family: Sparassidae) which occur (according to wiki) in Cameroon, unfortunately i am having difficulty finding sufficient descriptions to start a process of elimination. "Anchonastus caudatus" "Barylestis scutatus" "Olios batesi" "Olios benitensis" "Olios conspersipes" "Olios feldmanni" "Olios isongonis" "Olios pulchripes" "Olios rufilatus" "Olios sulphuratus" "Olios trifurcatus" "Olios variatus" "Remmius vulpinus" "Remmius vultuosus" See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sparassidae_species
