Black elytra, thorax yellow with red and black.

Notes:

This clever click beetle fooled me at first--I thought it was a firefly! It turns out that it's a click beetle that is a mimic of a firefly, which helps defend it against would-be predators. Found at Barbara A. Beiser Field Station.
