This larvae was feeding on a caterpillar. The Lime leaf they were on also has sign of Leafminers.

Lime tree in backyard

They are indeed, Juan. Not sure if it attacked or scavenged but suspect the first.
Very interesting. These Neuropteran larvae are very agressive and very important in Biological Control
Looks like a lacewing larva but no clue which species.
