Umaporn, newts can be poisonous to many animals. The bright red-orange serves as aposematic coloration to broadcast this to predators.
Oooh I think it's a juvenile red spotted newt! They are terrestrial in between being larvae and adults. Also known as a red eft in this stage. What a colour!! And fabulous spotting
