Description:

Fruiting body cup-shaped, 0.5 to 3.5 cm in diameter. The inner surface is smooth, salmon orange, the outer is clear.

I have seen poison dart frogs into the cups.... so interesting...
Hi Heather, sure they are real, this particular was about i inch diameter, not so tall as you can see.. Check on the other species....

That looks unreal (but I'm not questioning that they ARE real). Are they large or small compared to a finger? They look like a reverse mushroom.
Amazing... Are they in highly moist environment...
