thank you childs.kj. for bringing it to my notice. :) seems like there are many people using the images in their own webpages. its alright. I think they've got the identity of the insect wrongly because they must have taken the image when it was misidentified over here (before Ashish Nimkar corrected it i.e. 7 months before) :)
Your photo is being used in an online article by Scientific American but unfortunately they have it mislabeled as the North American species, Charidotella sexpunctata.
