Habitat:

Edge of forested area, moderate shade cover.

It's been a fairly wet summer, but this area is already pretty wet. This is just inside the woods near the base of a hillside, with moderate to full shade, so it stays pretty moist.
How is climate over there like rainy and moist..? We find such most of Impatiens herbs during monsoon only in South India.
