Yes, I also thought that this moth is a lizard's head. This mimicry looks convincing.
When I first saw this picture I thought it was a snake's head protruding from a whole so when I hovered over the picture and saw the name "moth"..I was intrigued. I wonder what kind of moth. cool picture!
