Description:

The passion flower is one of my favorite flowers. I spotted this walking through Emeryville on the fence of an office building.

Habitat:

Office building landscaping.

Yes, I agree--I am going to plant some in my garden next spring.
I believe this is a hybrid of P. x violacea ( P. caerulaea x racemosa), form 3 - Corona filaments one quarter black and three quarters white. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Passiflora_×_violacea
