Just looked at the second photo and it definitely is either Hyla chrysocelis or Hyla versicolor. the wash on the inside of the thighs is orange!
Hyla avivoca may be easily confused with the more commonly seen 'Gray' treefrogs. To be absolutely certain of the species, you must view the underside of the thighs. The fact that it is on/near a home, indicates that this is far more likely one of the grays.
