Description:

Polyphemus moth caterpillar around 3 inches in length.

Notes:

Found it on the edging around a flowerbed. Moved it to our mimosa tree so the dogs wouldn't eat it.

Believe it's the Polyphemus Moth after looking at more pictures of both the Polyphemus and Luna. Also, I've seen a lot of the Polyphemus Moths around our house (just never knew what they were called), but haven't seen anything similar to the Luna Moth around there.
