Description:

Plant tiny - about 2" high
Berries- Dark red, soft (perhaps because of age), rather tasteless, about 1/8" in diameter, 5 or 6 hard seeds inside

Habitat:

Deciduous area with rich soil
Tulip tree, oak, sassafras, and beech nearby
