Possible silk worm? Can't find a match with yellow, but looks similar. http://www.discoverlife.org/20/q?guide=Caterpillars Please input if you know specifics. White, black dots forming line down side, under which is yellow. Yellow head. No hair.

Habitat:

Near waters edge, by dam.

That's not a silkworm caterpillar, silkworms (bombyx mori) are not found anywhere in the wild.
