Pieridae, Catasticta sp., closer ID is not possible without the native specimen or DNA. There are too many similar around. Some are only recently renamed or described. http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/catasticta_n_nimbata_types.htm http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/catasticta_philone_ecuadora_types.htm http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/catasticta_scurra_types.htm http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/catasticta_s_suasa_types.htm http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/catasticta_s_sella_types.htm These might be some candidates... http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/t/Catasticta_a.htm These are "all" Catasticta with probably many more undescribed from Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
