Thanks Tom! Reiko, how fascinating! I'm not not sure if they do form bonds or interact, but I will ask Lisa Powers what she thinks.
When I found spotted salamanders, they were a pair. When I took one away for photo, the other one stayed in one place (never moved) until I returned the other one back. I was moved by their bond (that is more than human pairs sometimes). Am I wrong?
