So familiar! Yes, we have many, many of these here in Northern California where I live in Sonoma County! I have tons of shots of them (although none utilizing the obviously great lens you have, of course...) ;o) I even have video of them depositing their eggs! (Very "alien looking" mating habits, if you ask me! lol!)
Thanks! I love damselflies but haven't had nearly as much luck getting closeup pictures since we moved to Colorado a few moths ago (from Arizona). But I'll definitely keep trying. :)
