Description:

an exuvia - those white threadlike things are the tracheal linings (part of the breathing system).!
unlike humans... insects dont have lungs... but instead... they have holes in their abdomens and thoraxes that lead to tubes or trachea which carry oxygen into their bodies... and even though the tracheas are part of the exoskeleton... when the larva/nymph sheds... its tracheal linings are shed as well.!

Habitat:

found on leaf of fruit plant within recreational park

Notes:

Hemiptera; Coreidae; Coreinae; Mictini
