Field Notes

Notes:

edible mushrooms. good cancer-preventive properties, you can dry him, and rehydrate him by throwing him into your soup (or just water). to much from good is also not good --- a adult person schould not take more than 500 g / meal (or day --> that i'm myself not sure. but 500 g is really much) so just don't exaggerate !!
