I love jumping spiders; they have so much attitude for such a little package.

I have read that younger individuals tend to have orange spots whereas adults have white spots. The orange spots turn white with age.

Nice link! that I think is it. Need to adjust camera for over-exposure. However I see a coule of shots there are a bit brown too. Think this one had the red or orange markings. Does that mean male VS female?

If you noticed a white "face" on the abdomen (that's what the markings always look like to me) http://www.cirrusimage.com/spider_bold_jumping.htm then It's probably the Daring Jumping Spider. They are so funny to watch :)

I think perhaps a bit overexposed, think was more black with an orange spot on back abdomen. Flash kicked in.

Cool spider! Do you have an image of the back? The green metallic chelicerae make me think Phidippus audax, but this spider looks more brown than black...
